Finally there is an answer to the question "When can I come for my lashes?"
To make an online booking please follow this link to go to /download Booksy and look for Wink Lash Studio. Simply click on the appointment you need, it will then show you the available dates and times suitable to the service you require.
It is really difficult for us to answer phone calls while we are busy with a client. If you don't sms or whatsapp us we will from experience conclude that your call was to enquire about an immediate appointment and that you have decided to rather find somewhere else that can help you immediately.
We will always try to get back to you but this can often only be at the end of the day, by then someone who used the app to book could have taken the spot you wanted.
The Booksy app has been AMAZING and we have all loved that you are able to book or change your appointment at your own convenience 24 hrs a day, no having to wait to hear back from us.
What do you need to know about making an online booking?
1. It updates into our diary immediately and automatically. We receive a message telling us that you have made a booking and asks us to confirm the appointment. (If you have added something into the message box, we will see that too i.e. I have sensitive eyes or I am excited)
2. Don't worry your appointment spot is safely booked as tentative and no one else can book it until we accept or decline it.
3. Once we have accepted your appointment you will immediately receive an email and/or sms confirming your appointment details as well as the address and the cost of the treatment you have booked for.
3. Yes, weekends are incredibly busy so you need to book these in advance.
4. Lastly, this has not been a problem yet... probably because we have super clever clients ;) but we just want to put it out there. Please make sure that you book the correct services. This will help with the correct time allocation.

Removal
PLEASE WHATSAPP US FOR THIS!! - - - So you've gone somewhere else and either your lashes are uncomfortable, causing an irritation or not meeting your expectations. We don't charge for removals and will try and fit you in as soon as possible as if left can lead to it becoming worse or you pulling them out. We use a special remover specifically created to dissolve the bond between the lash and the glue.

Classic Full Set
A full set of Classic lashes comprises of between 80-120 extensions applied individually to your natural lashes and gives a very natural look. It is next to impossible to make these look fake.

Classic Touch Up
A Touch Up is generally adequate for when you have lost around half of the extensions. If you have lost more than that it is best to book for a full set to be sure that you will be happy with the end result.

Glamour Full Set
This is the set for you if classic isn't enough but you don't like the way volume looks. Its more dramatic than classic but not as over the top as volume.

Glamour Touch Up
Maintenance on the Glamour set is the same as for classic. It differs from person to person but generally speaking somewhere between 2-4 weeks. Please keep in mind that a touch up means you still have at least half of the previous lash set left.

Hybrid Full Set
A Hybrid set is a mix between classic and volume. This option is perfect if you want more lashes but you also want it to still look natural. Also great for if you normally have classic lashes but need just a little something more for an even.

Hybrid Touch Up
Maintenance on the hybrid set is very similar to a classic set. Somewhere between every 2-4 weeks. A touch up is done when you still have at least half of your previous lash left. That is how we keep them looking beautiful all the time.

Volume Full Set
A volume set comprises of between 120-320 extensions per eye applied in "fans" of between 2-7 extensions per fan (depending on your individual end look). This creates a fuller, fluffier lashline. Volume lashes are done with lighter (weight wise) lashes which makes them safe to use multiple extensions on each natural lash. These are still applied "individually" meaning 1 fan per natural lash. This makes them very comfortable to wear.

Volume Touch Up
The maintenance on volume lashes is higher than for the other options. This is because you lose density when you lose a couple of fans. Because of this volume fills should strictly be done every 2 weeks. If it doesn't worry you too much you can do it at 3 or 4 week intervals but PLEASE book these correctly as it affects the amount of fans that will need to be replaced and that affects the amount of time allocated.

Mega Volume
Mega volume creates a very dark and full lashline. This is the set for you if you like the striplash look.
