What you should know about Eyelash Extensions

A couple of facts about Extensions you should know:

  - Extensions can only last as long as your natural lashes stay in (see the How it Works page for more explanation)

  - The bond between the glue and your lash is sensitive to the environment, which means that humidity, the oil from your eyelid,

the steam from your shower and your foundation will all effect the glue bond negatively.

  -  A Classic set of lashes is when you apply a single extension to a single natural lash.  This is the most natural look and has the

added benefit of looking good for longer as you can loose several lashes before it will become noticeable to others.

  - A Volume set of lashes uses a technique which, thanks to new technology, allows us to apply more than one extension per

natural lash.  This is achieved by using lighter/thinner extensions.  This does cost more as it takes more time to do as each "fan"

is individually created by your lash artist so that it can wrap around your natural lash for a secure and comfortable "fit".  It also

uses between 2-7 times more extensions than a classic set. NOT TO BE CONFUSED with cluster lashes you can buy from

Dischem that is something VERY different and should be avoided if you where considering using a permanent glue to apply

   them.

  - You can swim, sauna and gym with them, just don't rub them with your towel
