What are the Extensions made of

I am glad you asked. This is a very good question and means that you are doing your research.

The extensions used to make it look like you were born with enviable lashes are made using the genius product, PBT.

What is PBT you ask? Well, PBT stands for Polybutylene Terephthalate in short...plastic. In essence, it is the same thing bottle caps are made of and actually your Nylon yoga pants too. PBT is a wonderful thing, it is highly unlikely to cause any allergies, its hardy and can be created into just about any shape or form.

These are undoubtedly perfect qualities for lash extensions as it means that the extensions can be lightweight, hold their curl just about indefinitely, and are highly unlikely to cause any allergic reactions (this statement refers to the actually lashes and not the glue (adhesive) used...this is a topic for a different post)

Thanks to the flexibility of PBT (aka polymer or polyster) we have been gifted the ability to make lash extensions of various curls and variable thicknesses. Making it possible to tailor your set of lashes to perfectly suite you.
